One of three founding members of HRnext, forerunner of HRnext Direct, Shawn’s goal from the start of his career has been to utilize modern technologies to transform the systems in the Human Resource and Payroll industry into approachable, affordable, and integrated solutions.

He has spent a decade designing, engineering and overseeing the delivery of the ever-changing HR/payroll software landscape. With more focus today in the HR industry on automated processes and making the employee autonomous, Shawn believes it is more important than ever to have a strong vision of where the technology in the HR/Payroll space is going.
