How HRnext Uses Google User Data
HRnext offers “Sign in with Google” as an optional way to log in to your HRnext account, instead of using a username and password.
What we collect: When you choose to link your Google account, Google shares with us your Google account’s email address and a unique account identifier. We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google service or data beyond basic sign-in information.
How we use it: We use this information solely to verify your identity and match you to your existing HRnext user account, so you can sign in without entering a password. We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to authenticating you into HRnext.
How we store it: Your linked Google email address and account identifier are stored securely in HRnext’s database, associated only with your own user account.
How we share it: We do not share, sell, or disclose your Google account data to any third party. It is used exclusively within HRnext to authenticate your sign-in.
Your control: You may link or unlink your Google account from HRnext at any time from your account settings page. Unlinking removes the stored Google account information from your HRnext user record. If you unlink your account, you can still sign in with your HRnext username and password (or another linked provider).
Retention: Linked Google account information is retained for as long as your HRnext user account remains active and linked, or until you unlink it or your account is deleted.
